I have the most advanced form of writer’s block.  It  is now crippling my ability to speak in full sentences.  For example, I say things like, “Thank” or “How are?”   People keep looking at me as if to say, “How come you’re talking like that?”  And  I keep saying, “I have block.” 

I never thought something like this would ever happen to me, but did.
